This is not a trading portfolio looking to turnover shares on a regular basis – that is not part of our investment philosophy – it is buy and hold, with companies being sold when we believe that the time is appropriate and they no longer meet the needs of the portfolio.
In terms of investment, one flat fee, which will cover the initial portfolio, set up and purchase as well as the monitoring for the first year. Each subsequent year a flat portfolio-monitoring fee – at your option will be charged.
